It happens. Somebody already owned the base game, or the NSFW pack met a table it should not have.

Returns run on our retail partner’s window and their rules, not ours. Start from the order page in your account over there; it lists the condition requirements, prints the label and settles the money side by their policy once the box lands back.

Please do not mail anything to us. The address on our front page takes letters, not parcels, and a box sent there gets nobody anywhere. We print games; the partner moves them, in both directions.
