Loud box, quiet box
Abducktion and Ransom Notes bundle
The word magnet box and the duck logic box together, for nights that need both volume and quiet thinking.
These are our two main boxes in one bundle. Ransom Notes is the loud half: magnets, a clock and sentences that come out wrong on purpose. Abducktion is the other half, with a silicone UFO, plastic ducks and formations you have to find before anyone else. One night can hold both, and they ask completely different things of the same group.
Loud box, quiet box
Start with magnet chaos while the room is full, then switch to duck formations when the group shrinks to a few people. The pair covers a whole evening instead of one mood.
Wit and then patience
One game rewards whoever thinks fastest in a pile of words, the other rewards whoever sees the shape first. Nobody at the table is good at both.
Components worth the shelf
Magnetic word tiles and submission trays on one side, a flexible UFO and tiny ducks on the other. Both boxes look like something you would leave out on purpose.
Minutes to explain either
Each game gets taught in a couple of minutes, so a guest who arrives late is playing by the next round. No rulebook session before either lid comes off.
